On the main SE website, when directed to login to claim the pre-order code, one of the login options was for a Steam account. What that did was lock the merchandise to my account, and give me the game code, which will be activated and able to register at early start. I registered the pre-order code to my account via the main SE website. That code is not active yet, as the expansion is not out yet. HW CE is NOT registered to my account via MogStation.
